How do you practise and teach restorative yoga in an overstimulated world?
This 30-hour Yoga Alliance accredited course offers a comprehensive approach to traditional practices of rest and restorative yoga complemented by somatic inquiry. Rooted in yoga and backed by science this explorative training will put your own embodied experience at the heart of your learning.
Through a combination of theory, practice and self-led study this course will provide you with the confidence to teach and practice restorative yoga. You will gain a thorough understanding of what restorative practices and somatic movement are and why they can provide you and your students with powerful tools for self-inquiry.

The course takes place over 3 weekends in Autumn 2025. We have organised it this way to give you plenty of time for integration of learning and information and to make it as accessible as possible.

Yes! Qualified yoga teachers will receive a CPD certificate on successful completion which will provide you with evidence for Continuing Education with yogaaliaance.org. In order to receive CPD accreditation you must have completed a 200hr TT, attend all live sessions and submit your written assignments.

ABOUT SARAH
Sarah is a senior teacher for Yoga Alliance Professionals and is an E-RYT 500hr Continuing Education provider for Yoga Alliance. She brings together traditional teachings in a modern context her classes provide a platform for students to get to know themselves rather than perform. Sarah is inspired by teaching beginners and supporting the next generation of yoga teachers. She teaches classes, workshops and teacher trainings throughout the UK. Sarah's teaching has been featured in publications including The Guardian as well as being a feature writer for Om Yoga and Lifestyle Magazine.
Sarah regularly assists her primary teacher, Jason Crandell during his advanced teacher trainings and she is a proud ambassador for the charity Yoga Gives Back. She is currently finishing a Masters degree in the Traditions of Yoga and meditation at SOAS.
