GENERAL INFO & DIRECTIONS

Our studio is on the first floor of the east end of Sealanes on Brighton seafront.

We have toilet facilities directly beneath our unit if you need to get changed before or after a class. Please pick-up the toilet keys from us upstairs to use these. (there are also other toilets further down the Sealanes site which do not need key access).

Please wear comfortable clothing and expect to take your socks off in yoga classes. We will supply all mats and props.

Our studio doesn’t have a lot of storage, so please remember to take your bottles, Yoga mats and any other bits and pieces with you when you leave as we don’t have too much capacity for lost property.

Vehicle access is from the Palace Pier entrance of Madeira Drive - There is pay and display parking right outside the studio.  Pedestrian access is via the stairs down from Marine Parade - or at either end of Madeira drive.

BOOKING INFO

All our regular classes work on a drop-in basis with different options for pricing.

We advise you to book in advance online or at the studio to guarantee your place. You can browse and book directly from the timetable.

Once you have made your first booking from the timetable, you are welcome to download the momence app for quick and convenient booking.

CANCELLATIONS- CLASS PASSES / DROP INS:  

If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, this must be done via your account 8 hours or more before the class start time or your pass will not be returned to your account.  For full info on cancellations head to our terms.

WAITLIST: 

If the class you wish to attend is fully booked, please add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot pops up, you’ll receive a text asking if you’d like to join the class. If you opt in th eplace if your’s, if you don’t wish to attend just ignore or respond to let us know.

Our Cancellation and No Show Policy will apply here if you have been added to the class more than 12 hours before- if you have been added under this time then just let us know if you can’t make it and we will take you off the class. 

LATE TO CLASS: 

Students who arrive more than 5 minutes after the posted class start time may not be permitted to enter the studio. If you arrive within the 5 minute grace period, please enter the studio quietly. 

PAYMENT 

Payment for online bookings can be done through our secure payment system. We also accept cash and most major credit and debit cards.
