In a setting right on Brighton beach we've created a beautiful space for you to learn and practise yoga.
Our classes incorporate sound, light and scent in order to engage your senses and let your busy mind take a seat as you get deeper into your physical practice.
We know how hard it can be in order to stay focussed during yoga - shopping lists, emails to send, and all of life's worries can pile up right in the middle of your first downward dog!
We aim to create a safe space to allow you to let go for just an hour and feel the full physical and mental benefits of your practice.

This is our lovely space just outside the dome. Nothing beats outdoors yoga on a beautiful day.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class- latecomers may not be admitted in some cases.
We have (reasonably priced!) pay and display parking available right outside the studio.

At Luna Wave we offer many of the traditional styles associated with yoga, pilates, and martial arts, with a few of our own twists on things thrown in! We know that choosing your first class can often be an intimidating experience so we have grouped our classes into main categories - this is to help you choose what sort of pace you want to operate at and to allow for no nasty surprises!
These are our more flowing and dynamic classes. Prepare to be moving around your mat and to learn and follow energising sequences.
Ashtanga inspired Flow
This would be for classes which fuse different disciplines. as well as classes which incorporate a mixture of high and lower energy phases.
Yin and Yang
These are for the slower paced, restorative styles, Poses will be held for slightly longer periods of time, and sound and light will be matched to allow you to enter a state of restoration.
L1 - BEGINNER 🌱
If you are new to yoga and movement practise check out the classes with the 🌱emoji.
They are designed to be suitable for beginners with guidance throughout.
Classes for all levels will include instruction for beginners as well as modification for those with more experience.
L2 - EXPERIENCED BEGINNER
Level 2 classes may be paced slightly faster, or require holds which may start to challenge strength or balance.
If you are new to yoga but have a good level of fitness or have tried other movement practises we would recommend trying a level 2 class to see how it works for you!
L3 - INTERMEDIATE
Level 3 classes are designed for those who have an understanding of the basic yoga postures.
The intermediate student has experience with connecting breath and movement and would like to explore a wider variety of poses and styles.
