Our studio is in a geodesic dome on Brighton Seafront. We have a large window overlooking the sea, and heaters to keep us warm in the colder months. In the summer months our classes will either move outside or be inside the dome with ventilation opened up. We also have a second space; 'The Glade' which is a room with astroturfed floor and a panoramic sea view.
We have toilet facilities around 10 metres from the dome if you need to get changed before or after a class. Please wear comfortable clothing and expect to take your socks off in yoga classes. High quality Manduka yoga mats are supplied but bring your own if you prefer. (Update- please try to bring your own mat during the C-19 situation - we will provide if you cannot)
Vehicle access is from the Duke's Mound entrance of Madeira Drive - There is pay and display parking near Concorde 2. Pedestrian access is via the stairs down from Marine Parade - or at either end of Madeira drive.
We pride ourselves on being a friendly studio – please talk to us if you have any questions or suggestions about our studio or our classes. We’d love to hear from you.
All our regular classes work on a drop-in basis.
We advise you to book in advance online or at the studio to guarantee your place. Alternatively you can give us a call on 07942644375 although please note we cannot guarantee your spot is booked if you leave us a voicemail because we would need to check availability first.
Class passes / Drop ins:
If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, this must be done via your account 12 hours or more before the class start time or your pass will not be returned to your account.
Again if you are showing any signs of COVID related symptoms it is essential that you do not attend the class and your pass will be returned.
Memberships (Monthly unlimited) :
If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, this must be done via your account 12 hours or more before the class start time to avoid penalty fees.
Under this period a £6 penalty fee will be applied to your account and payment information will be sent over to you. If you have 3 or more unpaid late charges your membership will be paused until payment is made.
Failure to attend a booked class or late canceling 3 times in any 30 day period will result in the membership being paused for 1 week. Repeated occurrences may lead to memberships being cancelled and refunded pro rata.
Please note, this is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. No-shows and no-cancels limit other members from participating in classes.
We do also really appreciate you letting us know via text or email under the 12 hour period- however this will still count as a late cancellation.
If any of the above information isn’t acceptable for you please do drop us an email and we can discuss- we are also really appreciative of emergency situations coming up so please let us know in these cases.
In the current circumstances if you are showing any signs of COVID related symptoms it is essential that you do not attend the class and you will NOT be penalised or charged for this.
Workshops operate in the same way but with a 3 day cancellation policy.
If the class you wish to attend is fully booked, please add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot pops up, you’ll be automatically added to the class and will receive an email to confirm before class starts.
Our Cancellation and No Show Policy will apply here if you have been added to the class more than 12 hours before- if you have been added under this time then just let us know if you can’t make it and we will take you off the class.
Do keep an eye on your emails from us! As once you are on a waitlist it is often the case that a spot will become free.
Late to class:
Students who arrive more than 5 minutes after the posted class start time will not be permitted to enter the studio, regardless of circumstances.
If you arrive within the 5 minute grace period, please enter the studio quietly.
Please note: the 5 minute grace period is intended for rare emergencies only, and should not be considered an acceptable time to enter class each week.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before the start of class. You are welcome to arrive a little earlier but just know that you may have to wait outside as we prepare the studio.
Late arrivals will be classed as late cancellation.
If a class or workshop you would like to book is fully booked we can add you to a waiting list – it’s worth going on the waitlist as spaces do shift. You will receive an email or a text message informing you that a space has become available.
All class passes have an expiration date and are non-refundable.
It is possible to transfer your classes to someone else if you are no longer able to use them – please talk to us about that.
Payment for online bookings can be done through our secure payment system. We also accept cash and most major credit and debit cards (no Amex).
