Our studio is in a geodesic dome on Brighton Seafront. We have a large window overlooking the sea, and a log burner to keep us warm in the colder months. In the summer months our classes will either move outside or be inside the dome with ventilation opened up.
We have toilet facilities around 10 metres from the dome if you need to get changed before or after a class. Please wear comfortable clothing and expect to take your socks off in yoga classes. High quality Manduka yoga mats are supplied but bring your own if you prefer.
There is drinking water available and we recommend not eating at least 2 hours before the start of your class.

All our regular classes work on a drop-in basis.
We have a 13 person capacity so we do get full very frequently so we advise you to book in advance online or at the studio to guarantee your place. Alternatively you can give us a call on 07790846282 although please note we cannot guarantee your spot is booked if you leave us a voicemail because we would need to check availability first.
Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the start of the class. If a class has been cancelled prior to 2 hours before starting then this class will be stored on your Luna Wave account and can be used another time. Cancellations are not possible less than 2 hours before the start of the class and classes will be charged at full rate for such late cancellations.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of a class. After the class has started any spare spaces may be given to drop-in students – even if you’ve booked and paid in advance. If you’re definitely coming but running late please call us.
Online class booking requires advance payment.
If a class or workshop you would like to book is fully booked we can add you to a waiting list – it’s worth going on the waitlist as spaces do shift. You will receive an email or a text message informing you that a space has become available.
All class passes have an expiration date and are non-refundable.
It is possible to transfer your classes to someone else if you are no longer able to use them – please talk to us about that.
Payment for online bookings can be done through our secure payment system. We also accept cash and most major credit and debit cards (no Amex).
Fitness & Health
Clients are advised not to undertake yoga or Pilates without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. We reserve the right to refuse access to any client if, in our absolute discretion, we consider the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the teacher of each class they attend, and each therapist they see, if they any injuries or health conditions (including pregnancy, suspected pregnancy or childbirth within the preceding three months).
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure he/she is capable of undergoing the routine of exercises or postures provided by any programme which he/she follows or class which he/she attends. Clients accept the risk of injury and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any session.
We accept no liability for loss or damage to property of clients or for injury to clients on the Studio premises or outside the Studio except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
Clients agree that neither they nor their heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claim of any kind against Luna Wave or any of its teachers in respect of any loss or damage which they may suffer or incur at Luna Wave or as a result of attending a class, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, save only to the extent that liability in respect of such loss or damage may not be excluded or limited by law.
Personal belongings are brought onto the Studio premises at the client’s own risk and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
Clients are required to give notice to us of any change of home address or email address. Failing such notice, all communications will be assumed to have been received by the Member within five days of mailing to the last address (of either type) notified to the Company.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Studio.
Obtain medical clearance from your health care practitioner prior to beginning the exercise programmes described on this site. The exercises described on this site are not suitable for everyone and are not a substitute for medical expertise. If done improperly, exercise has some risk of injury. If you feel discomfort or pain, DO NOT continue. We disclaim any liability or loss in connection with the exercises described herein.
