Charlie Nash

Yoga has been part of my life on and off since the age of 17 and like many of us in the modern busy world, it was through high-stress levels and anxiety from work-related stress, causing burnout that I found myself on the yoga mat. I decided to take my yoga journey further and train to become a yoga teacher in 2018 and continue to deepen my knowledge and experience of yoga, movement, and the body through additional training with other practitioners.

When you come to one of my classes you can expect a blend of traditional yoga postures, flow movements, somatics, mindfulness, and breath awareness, helping you to create space to become more sensitive to what your body needs from each posture, creating an embodied experience to help bring you into the present moment.

Lynne Mason

I was first introduced to yoga in 1999 and since then it has been a regular practice in my life. I knew then I wanted to teach, but when the time was right. I explored many classes and styles of yoga throughout the years and finally started training and teaching with Vajrasati School of Yoga 2018, graduating in May 2020 as an advanced yoga teacher. I am excited to have the opportunity to share this wonderful practice in the beautiful setting of Brighton beach-what better way to connect with nature!

My teaching incorporates yoga philosophy that is based on the astanga (the eight limbs) path of yoga, with a focus on movement, breath work and meditation through honest, investigative practice and self study, to work towards integration and self realisation.

Ciara O'Connell -’Wild wave yoga’

Wanting to approach healing my body holistically, Yoga became a form of therapy when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2015. It wasn't until I deepened my personal practice that I became aware of how movement was the medicine I really needed.

My Journey has inspired me to complete a 200 hour Yoga teacher Training to share yoga as a path to Health, Healing and Happiness.

I teach various styles of Hatha classes, as well as Yin in the Brighton and Hove area. My hope is to provide enjoyable classes allowing space for students to strengthen their bodies and calm their minds as we learn to ride this wave called L I F E.

Her intention is to build community through the classes, share in group consciousness and encourage students to explore what they are capable of achieving.

Her practice and teaching style has evolved significantly since this time, having attended in depth workshops and retreats with Giris and Narayani Rabionvitch, Ashtanga teachers Godfri Devereux and John Scott, Iyengar masters, Garth Mclean Christian Pisano and Zubin Zartoshmanesh.

She is committed to sharing yoga with everyone, regardless of age or level of experience. She is really excited about welcoming you to the beautiful new Luna Wave space this summer.

Olive Walton

Hello you lovely human bean, I’m Olive and I do a lot of moving and grooving! Let me elaborate…I like to have fun with my body when I practice and I want my students to experience the same journey of experimentation and curiousity within their own body, when in my class.

I love incorporating a mixture of traditional yoga asana alongside mobility techniques, strength training, animal flow and most fundamentally, breath work! So I hope to see you on the mat soon, where we can move and groove through some funky sequences and flows together! Love love love.
