Yoga poses, games, and mindfulness activities are all on the curriculum at the new Afterschool club @ Luna Wave, following on from our highly successful Summer Kids club!
Each session will be themed around a children’s story - we will learn yoga poses, play yoga games and engage in mindfulness and relaxation activities. A great way to get kids moving and away from screens but also aid with any back to school or general 2020 anxiety!
This class will be run in half term blocks - you are welcome to try a class out before committing to the block
Maximum of 8 kids in class - social distancing will be observed throughout.

These classes are similar to adult classes beginning and ending with full relaxation. Practicing sun salutations and classic yoga asana.
A great way for teenagers to practice in a safe environment with friends and other students around their own age. Yoga foundations aim to empower, as we create and maintain a positive relationship with self and the world around us.
With a fun approach, these classes will explore: • Yoga • Breathwork • Meditation • Relaxation Techniques And through consistency develop self discipline, strength, flexibility and balance.

Pregnancy Yoga (suitable from 12 weeks/first scan to birth)
Open for all levels this prenatal yoga class will move you through yoga poses to create strength, stability and flexibility to support your pregnancy journey and prepare for birth. Not only physically but also providing techniques to encourage mental and emotional wellbeing.
The class includes pelvic awareness, alignment and pelvic floor practises as well as preparing for labour, birth and postpartum recovery.
We use breath awareness and relaxation to reconnect to our body and rest.
