Payment
- Payment for online bookings (classes, workshops, and events) can be done through our secure payment system. We also accept cash and most major credit and debit cards.
Online class bookings
- Spaces for classes booked through online booking will be held until class start time at which point they will be offered to drop in customers.
- Online class booking requires advance payment.
- Please call us on 07942644375 to cancel or amend your booking or cancel through your account online. Cancellations cannot be accepted via email.
Class cancellations
- Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the start of the class. Customers who cancel more than 2 hours in advance will be given credit back onto their Luna Wave account for the amount paid. Cancellations are not possible less than 2 hours before the start of the class and classes will be charged at full rate for such late cancellations. We are a small studio so if you can’t make a class please cancel it as someone else most likely wants to come.
Waiting lists
- If the workshop, class or treatment you would like is fully booked we can add you to a waiting list. You will then receive an automatic email if a space becomes available. If you are offered and accept a place it is your responsibility to cancel any other appointments you no longer need.
Class Passes
- All class passes have an expiration date and are non-refundable.
- Class passes can be given to a friend if no longer required. Contact us to discuss.

Fitness & Health
- Clients are advised not to undertake yoga or Pilates without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. We reserve the right to refuse access to any client if, in our absolute discretion, we consider the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities.
- It is the client’s responsibility to inform the teacher of each class they attend, and each therapist they see, if they any injuries or health conditions (including pregnancy, suspected pregnancy or childbirth within the preceding three months).
Liability Limitation
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure he/she is capable of undergoing the routine of exercises or postures provided by any programme which he/she follows or class which he/she attends. Clients accept the risk of injury and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any session.
- We accept no liability for loss or damage to property of clients or for injury to clients on the Studio premises or outside the Studio except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
- Clients agree that neither they nor their heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claim of any kind against Luna Wave or any of its teachers in respect of any loss or damage which they may suffer or incur at Luna Wave or as a result of attending a class, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, save only to the extent that liability in respect of such loss or damage may not be excluded or limited by law.
Personal Belongings
- Personal belongings are brought onto the Studio premises at the client’s own risk and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
Contact
- Clients are required to give notice to us of any change of home address or email address. Failing such notice, all communications will be assumed to have been received by the Member within five days of mailing to the last address (of either type) notified to the Company.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Studio.

- Obtain medical clearance from your health care practitioner prior to beginning the exercise programmes described on this site. The exercises described on this site are not suitable for everyone and are not a substitute for medical expertise. If done improperly, exercise has some risk of injury.
