We’re super excited to share our new Autumn schedule with you.
We’ve added a variety of extra classes- some familiar faves and some new cosy evening offerings to take us into the fall!
We’ll be running 2 simultaneous morning classes as times- one will be in The Glade room- come to the dome first and we’ll point you in the right direction.
We have some further Covid-related guidelines at the bottom of the email too so don’t forget to have a look over those.
Now onto the good stuff:

**Other changes to current timetable**
Our lovely Amelia has left for circus school but you will be in safe hands with Marianna of Kind Living Yoga who will be taking over her 2 Yoga for Flexibility classes.
Ciara’s super popular Saturday Vin-Yin has moved to Sundays at 12.30pm
Laura’s Balance and Flow on Tuesday evenings has shifted back to 5.15 from 5.30pm
Lynne’s wonderful Friday Sunrise class has moved to Thursdays at 7am to take over from Lisa.
Please have a good look at the timetable for further information on these extras and for more information on the classes!!
**COVID related info**
We have put some extra precautions in order to maximise safety for everyone visiting us. Here’s a quick rundown of some of those features:
We have constructed a new rain shield which allows us to keep the doors open in the dome even when its raining in order to keep fresh airflow moving inside the dome.
We have installed a 2000w infra-red heater inside the dome. Not only does this actually help kill airborne bacteria and viruses, it also feels great on your skin, and is a lovely (and energy efficient) way to get toasty warm!
We have bought a whole second set of bolsters in order to rotate their usage to make sure that they get a full 48 hours of being set aside for any germs to die off. (All other props and mats are disinfected between usage.)
We will be running The Glade with 2m social distancing in place as it has a slightly lower cubic capacity and we will continue to run The Dome at 1m+ between mats with the additional aforementioned procedures in place.
Lastly - we ask that a max of 4 people use the gazebo (outside the dome) for changing at any one time- there is signage inside and outside the gazebo to point out traffic flow- please wait if the gazebo is full.
Phew! What a lot of information! We hope this has been useful for you- drop us an email with any questions, and we hope to see you in class very soon!
Much love
Team LW xxx
